Application Support Executive

As an Application Support Executive, you are responsible for providing excellent help desk support to end customers as well as to respond quickly to outages of trading platforms. In addition, you are required to liaise with platform vendors and exchange representatives for change implementation, incident reporting, and problem management related to trading platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Provide Technical Sales Support
  •  Prepare and present product demonstrations
  • Communicate with developers on issues identified from field observations and customer feedback
  •  Handling routine helpdesk calls from users and ensuring timely resolution
  •  Management of the enduser training on the business application
  • Coordinating with Sales Team on a daily basis

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able top resent himself/herself in a professional manner and possess excellent presentation and communication skills (bothverbalandwritten)
  • An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in away that Is easy to understand.
  •  A technical background, preferably in software engineering
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations
